Let's pray for national and state elections, as the exercise of functions and public agents of temporal power are prayer targets fixed by the Word of God (I Timothy 2:1-3).

 

For from Him emanates all power and authority which He delegates to men according to His purpose and the choices of a people.Let's vote correctly and elect the best national and state managers and legislators for the coming years. Our nation, considering all spheres of government, needs people with values and ethical principles to govern with commitment: with God, with democracy, with non-political justice, with peace, with health, with education, with development of the vulnerable, with the rights of the underprivileged, the elderly, children, adolescents, etc.

 

REPRESENTATIVES - CANDIDATES, POLITICAL PARTIES AND PARTY COLLECTIONS:

• 1. Proclaim: “Then Daniel himself surpassed these presidents and satraps; because in him was an excellent spirit; and the king thought to set him over the whole kingdom: In this the presidents and satraps sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom, but they could find no occasion or fault; because he was faithful, and no error or fault was found in him.” Daniel 6:3 and 4.
   

• 2. Pray: “Father God, we cry out that You would bless us with a new management of leaders for our nation who have an excellent spirit like Daniel's. We ask that our next Presidents, Governors, Senators and Federal and State Representatives be faithful to You first, God, and then found without compromise or corruption. Leaders who are aligned with Your purposes and care primarily about Your opinion. Lord, give us a Daniel for leader in the national executive sphere! In the name of Jesus, amen.”
   

• 3. Pray for fruitful coalitions between conservative parties aligned with Judeo-Christian principles;
   

• Pray for the dismantling of party coalitions at the state level that are contrary to federated unity and opposed to the federal government.

ELECTORAL PROCESS:

• 4. Pray for clean elections in 2022, with fairness in the ballot boxes and in the transmission of your data, as well as in all stages of the electoral process.
   

• Pray that the “Clean Record Law” will be fully established, enforced and respected by all.
   

• 5. For an internal vigilance, a protection of justice, liberty and peace, in the whole electoral system; political parties, party coalitions; candidates; election campaigns; 
   

• Pray for oversight and transparency in election funding by candidates, party funds, republican institutions and everyone in the nation. 
   

• 6. Pray for the Superior Electoral Court, its president and members; by the Regional Electoral Courts, its staff; by the Electoral Judges and their registry offices, so that they act with political independence and pay attention to strict compliance with electoral legal norms.
   

• 7. Pray for the control bodies – Public Ministry and Courts of Accounts – independent, firm and active within their constitutional and legal attributions.

 

EXERCISE OF DEMOCRACY BY THE PEOPLE – DECLARATION DAY 

• 8. Pray for a peaceful, crime-free, orderly environment. We cover the security forces, that an effective strategy is applied in each part of the Brazilian territory.
   

• 9. Pray for popular participation in elections, that God removes political deception; and those who do good (those who vote and those who are elected) accept the challenge of playing their part.

 

OTHER TARGETS:

• 10. Pray that the practice of slush funds in election campaigns will be exposed and uprooted.
   

• Pray for success in the fight against corruption. Thank God for the results obtained so far. 
   

• Pray that candidates will reject any deal involving crime.
   

• 11. Pray for the Legislature to be free, both from legislators and businessmen, old bosses of the great oligarchy of corrupt people.
   

• 12. Pray that the theft of the nation will be exposed, stopped, investigated and prosecuted.
   

• 13. Pray that all public agents, institutions and people respect the Constitution.
   

• 14. Pray for awareness of women's participation in politics and for elected public officials who defend the family and life.

• 15. Pray for the political reform we need to implement. 
   

• 16. Pray for transformative solutions that lead us to our destiny in God as a nation. Let candidates come with a new example of how to deal with public budget management.
   

• 17. Pray for those who will be elected, that their hearts will be humbled before God, that they will fear God in their decisions.
   

• 18. Pray for blessing, grace and strength to be poured out as they work in this place of government and laws. 
   

• 19. Pray for light to come to light and the attitudes of religious and fraudulent leaders or mercenaries who try to manipulate people and communities, through faith, so that they repent and become influencers of the authorities based on the principles and Judeo-Christian values.

• 21. Pray generating a system based on the Justice of God, whose work brings Shalom – the integral peace of families and nations – and its effect brings peace and security forever. We believe that the moral chaos the nations are in is due to the fact that they have moved away from what He has ordained and the understanding of His plan.

“If you faithfully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands I am giving you today, the LORD your God will set you far above all the nations of the earth. go with you, if you obey the Lord your God: You will be blessed in the city, and you will be blessed in the field. The children of your womb will be blessed, as will the crops of your land, and the calves and lambs of your flocks. Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed. You will be blessed in all that you do. The Lord will grant that your enemies who attack you may be defeated before you. They will come to you one way, and they will flee seven ways. The Lord will send blessings to your storehouses and all that your hands make. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. The LORD will make you his holy people, as he promised on oath, if you keep the commandments of the LORD, his God, and walk in his ways.
