NATIONAL REPENTANCE 

The nation has been going through a delicate moment with suffering and we need as a Church to deliberate in the heavenly regions about the destiny of the nation. 

We have a summons from the LORD.

2 Chronicles 7:14-15 (NKJV) — “If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, I will forgive their sins and will heal their land. My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place.”

​

Please, LORD, our GOD and GOD of our Fathers, may our prayer come before You and may You not hide Yourself from us, our King, from our supplications. Because we are not brazen and stiff-necked to say before You, GOD, our GOD and GOD of our Fathers, that we are righteous and have not sinned. On the contrary, we have sinned and been dishonest and transgressed, we and our fathers and the people of our house, and also of our nation. We are guilty. Therefore, as a nation we repent when:

• We rebelled;

• We steal;

• We speak slander and we speak evil;

• We cause iniquity;

• We cause evil; 

• We intentionally did harm;

• We practice violence;

• We falsely accuse;

• We provide bad advice; 

• We speak falsehood;

• We got angry; 

• We mocked;

• We rebelled against His Word;

• We provoke;

• We commit adultery; 

• We left the Way;

• We deliberately transgress; 

• We cause pain. We cause pain to our father and mother; 

• We have the neck without bending to You; 

• We are bad;

• We destroy; 

• We did despicable things;

• We made people wrong;

• We leave His commandments and His good laws. And Thou art just in all that befalls us – because Thou hast spoken the truth to us, and we have acted wickedly.

As a nation today we repent for:

• Idolatry; 

• Witchcraft; 

• Corruption and theft;

• Injustice, impunity and misuse of public funds; 

• Rebellion;

• Atheism; 

• Lies; 

• Crime, violence and bloodshed; 

• Drug trafficking and organized crime;

• Trafficking in persons and human organs;

• Exploitation of prostitution;

• Homosexuality; 

• Pedophilia, infanticide, sexual perversion; 

• Abortion and murder.

• And others that the Holy Spirit brings you.

We repent for these sins as a nation e we cry out for the blood of Christ to forgive us and break these chains of curses that exist over our souls.

Pray declaring this psalm over our nation: 

Psalm 24:4-9 (NKJV) — “He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not betray his soul to falsehood or swear by deceit. He shall obtain from the LORD the blessing and righteousness of the God of his salvation. Such is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek the face of the God of Jacob. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; arise, you eternal portals, that the KING of Glory may enter. Who is the KING of Glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; be lifted up, you everlasting portals, that the KING of Glory may come in.”

Enter our nation and rule, LORD Jesus. May the influence of Thy character of government be upon us! It's what we ask.

Let's pray for national and state elections, as the exercise of functions and public agents of temporal power are prayer targets fixed by the Word of God (1 Timothy 2:1-3).

 

For from Him emanates all power and authority which He delegates to men according to His purpose and the choices of a people.Let's vote correctly and elect the best national and state managers and legislators for the coming years. Our nation, considering all spheres of government, needs people with values and ethical principles to govern with commitment: with God, with democracy, with non-political justice, with peace, with health, with education, with development of the vulnerable, with the rights of the underprivileged, the elderly, children, adolescents, etc.

 

REPRESENTATIVES - CANDIDATES, POLITICAL PARTIES AND PARTY COLLECTIONS:

• Proclaim: “Then Daniel himself surpassed these presidents and satraps; because in him was an excellent spirit; and the king thought to set him over the whole kingdom: In this the presidents and satraps sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom, but they could find no occasion or fault; because he was faithful, and no error or fault was found in him.” Daniel 6:3 and 4.
   

• Pray: “Father God, we cry out that You would bless us with a new management of leaders for our nation who have an excellent spirit like Daniel's. We ask that our next Presidents, Governors, Senators and Federal and State Representatives be faithful to You first, God, and then found without compromise or corruption. Leaders who are aligned with Your purposes and care primarily about Your opinion. Lord, give us a Daniel for leader in the national executive sphere! In the name of Jesus, amen.”
   

• Pray for there to be fruitful coalitions between conservative parties and those aligned with Judeo-Christian principles;
   

• Pray for the dismantling of party coalitions at the state level that are contrary to federated unity and opposed to the federal government.

ELECTORAL PROCESS:

• Pray for clean elections in 2022, with fairness in the ballot boxes and in the transmission of your data, as well as in all stages of the electoral process.
   

• Pray that the “Clean Record Law” will be fully established, enforced and respected by all.
   

• By an internal vigilance, a protection of justice, liberty and peace, throughout the electoral system; political parties, party coalitions; candidates; election campaigns; 
   

• Pray for oversight and transparency in election funding by candidates, party funds, republican institutions and everyone in the nation. 
   

• Pray for the Superior Electoral Court, its president and members; by the Regional Electoral Courts, its staff; by the Electoral Judges and their registry offices, so that they act with political independence and pay attention to strict compliance with electoral legal norms.
   

• Pray for the control bodies – Public Ministry and Courts of Accounts – independent, firm and active within their constitutional and legal attributions.

 

EXERCISE OF DEMOCRACY BY THE PEOPLE – DECLARATION DAY 

• Pray that the election will be peaceful, without crimes, with an orderly environment. We cover the security forces, that an effective strategy is applied in each part of the Brazilian territory.
   

• Pray that there will be participation, by vote, of the people in the elections, that God will remove the deception in politics; and those who do good (those who vote and those who are elected) accept the challenge of playing their part.

 

OTHER TARGETS:

• Pray that the practice of slush funds in election campaigns will be exposed and uprooted.
   

• Pray for success in the fight against corruption. Thank God for the results obtained so far. 
   

• Pray that candidates will reject any deal involving crime.
   

• Pray for the Legislature to be free, both from legislators and businessmen, old bosses of the great oligarchy of corrupt people.
   

• Pray that the theft of the nation will be exposed, stopped, investigated and prosecuted.
   

• Pray that all public agents, institutions and people respect the Constitution.
   

• Pray for awareness of women's participation in politics and for elected public officials who defend family and life.

EXERCISE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE FUNCTIONS:

• Pray for the political reform we need to implement. 
   

• Pray for transformative solutions that lead us to our destiny in God as a nation. Let candidates come with a new example of how to deal with public budget management.
   

• Pray for those who will be elected, that their hearts will be humbled before God, that they will fear God in their decisions.
   

• Pray for blessing, grace and strength to be poured out as they work in this place of government and laws. 
   

• Pray for light to come and the attitudes of religious and fraudulent leaders or mercenaries who try to manipulate people and communities, through faith, so that they repent and become influencers of authorities based on Jewish principles and values. -christians. 
   

• That Brazilians, starting with Christians, continue to believe and fight for a transformed Brazil, and those who are already working in the area of government and laws love to make this transformation happen. 
   

• Pray generating a system based on the Justice of God, whose work brings Shalom – the integral peace of families and nations – and its effect brings peace and security forever. We believe that the moral chaos the nations are in is due to the fact that they have moved away from what He has ordained and the understanding of His plan.

As Christians we recognize this postulate for living in society, we generate and prophesy that this will be part of our influence.

Deuteronomy 28:1-14

“If you faithfully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all His commandments that I am giving you today, the LORD your God will set you far above all the nations of the earth. will go with you, if you obey the LORD your God: You will be blessed in the city, and you will be blessed in the field. The children of your womb will be blessed, as will the crops of your land, and the calves and lambs of your flocks. Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed. You will be blessed in all you do. The LORD will grant that your enemies who attack you may be defeated before you. They will come to you one way, and you will flee seven ways. The LORD will send blessings to your storehouses and all that your hands do. The LORD your God will bless you in the land which He is giving you. The LORD will make you His holy people, as He promised on oath, if you keep the commandments of the LORD, His GOD, and walk in His ways. Then all the peoples of the earth will see that you are called by the name of the LORD and will be afraid of you. The LORD will grant you great prosperity, in the fruit of your womb, in the young of your animals and in the crops of your land, in this land that He swore to your ancestors to give you. The LORD will open the heavens, the storehouse of His treasure, to send rain to your land in due time and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations and borrow from none. The LORD will make you the head of the nations, not the tail. If you obey the commandments of the LORD your God that I am giving you today and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom. Do not deviate to the right or to the left from any of the commands I am giving you today, to follow other gods and serve them."
